💼 About This Role

You'll lead the enterprise merchant account management function for Paytm's payment gateway business. You'll drive revenue growth through account retention and upsell while mentoring a team of Key Account Managers. This role offers strategic P&L ownership in India's leading digital payments ecosystem.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead and mentor a team of Key Account Managers for enterprise merchants.
  • Own P&L of enterprise accounts, ensuring revenue growth and retention.
  • Drive upsell and cross-sell of payment solutions like Cards, UPI, BNPL.
  • Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Ops to deliver tailored solutions.

📋 Requirements

  • 10–12 years of experience in Enterprise Sales or Key Account Management in Payments/Fintech/BFSI.
  • 3+ years in a leadership role managing account managers or enterprise sales teams.
  • Deep understanding of payment gateway ecosystem, APIs, integrations, and risk processes.
  • Proven record of achieving revenue targets and managing large merchant portfolios.

  • Engineering graduate/post graduate.
  • Experience with contract negotiations and SLAs.
  • Data-driven mindset with business case building skills.
