🎯 What You'll Do

• Investigate and prioritize support incidents using tracking systems.
• Communicate updates effectively and promptly to clients.
• Perform application system checks to preemptively resolve issues.
• Participate in shift patterns and weekend/out-of-hours escalation.

📋 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Ability to read code in C++, TCL, or UNIX scripting.
• Fluent in English, plus Mandarin or Cantonese.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving approach.
