- Proven cross-functional collaboration experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Charismatic self-starter with strong time management.
- Proficient in CRM software, Salesforce experience a plus.
- Fluency in English.
- Based in Sydney.

Responsibilities
- Build, manage and expand partner relationships within territory, surpassing quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct high-stakes prospecting and executive pitch meetings with senior partner stakeholders.
- Implement strategies for pipeline and conversion management.
- Prospect and onboard new, high-quality supply.
- Educate clients on product updates and cascade feedback.
- Leverage data to identify growth opportunities.
- Work cross-functionally with teams like product, marketing, legal, etc.
- Represent Airbnb in external meetings and conferences.
