  • Charismatic self-starter with strong time management.
  • Proficient in CRM software, Salesforce experience a plus.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Based in Sydney.

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage and expand partner relationships within territory, surpassing quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct high-stakes prospecting and executive pitch meetings with senior partner stakeholders.
  • Implement strategies for pipeline and conversion management.
  • Prospect and onboard new, high-quality supply.
  • Educate clients on product updates and cascade feedback.
  • Leverage data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Work cross-functionally with teams like product, marketing, legal, etc.
  • Represent Airbnb in external meetings and conferences.
