You'll own full-cycle recruiting from zero to one at Mem0, building the memory layer for AI agents. Your impact: defining hiring bars, sourcing exceptional talent across engineering, product, design, GTM, and operations, and shaping the company's people operations and culture. This role offers real ownership at the most formative stage, working directly with founders to build a world-class team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Run full-cycle recruiting for multiple high-priority roles from sourcing to close
• Partner with founders to define role requirements, leveling, and interview loops
• Manage ATS, dashboards, and recruiting operating cadence
• Deliver a candidate experience reflecting Mem0's quality and ambition
• Handle people ops: onboarding, employee experience, and team events

📋 Requirements

• 4–7 years of recruiting experience at high-growth startups
• Strong track record hiring technical talent (engineers, AI/ML, infra)
• Excellent sourcing instincts and ability to find passive candidates
• Comfortable being on-site five days a week in San Francisco
