💼 About This Role

You'll manage the hardware lifecycle for a GPU cloud infrastructure provider, ensuring every component is tracked and every failed part is returned. Your work ensures our data center technicians have exactly what they need to scale AI compute for our clients.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain precision inventory of critical spares like SFPs, drives, and RAM
• Initiate and track RMAs with vendors such as Dell and HPE
• Conduct weekly physical audits of inventory cage and data center floor
• Coordinate on-site vendor repairs and escort technicians on data center floor

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in inventory management or logistics in a high-tech environment
• Proficiency with inventory management software like ServiceNow or Jira
• Ability to identify IT components such as CPUs, DIMMs, and SFP types
• Willingness to work shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with GPU infrastructure or HPC clusters
• Knowledge of NIST 800-88 standards for secure data destruction
• Certification in operation of pallet jacks or forklifts
