💼 About This Role

You'll lead Solifi/InfoLease customizations for equipment finance clients using an AI-first approach. You'll drive modernization projects and ensure high-quality delivery across a distributed team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and unit test customizations and enhancements
• Document technical requirements and provide production support
• Estimate development effort for tasks and projects
• Create design and technical specifications meeting client approval

📋 Requirements

• UniData (Basic or Pick) with 5+ years' experience
• InfoLease (Rev9F or IL10) or Rapport experience
• AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, etc.)
• Ability to debug and resolve program process flows

✨ Nice to Have

• UniData/Universe Administration
• Unix/Linux O/S and scripting
• SQL query writing
