You'll build and maintain a high-performing network of third-party vendors delivering renovation and maintenance services. Your core impact is driving accountability, performance, and compliance across the partner network while coordinating with Market Ops to hit project goals. This role offers a chance to own strategic sourcing and partner lifecycle management at a leading proptech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee trade partner performance and drive accountability
• Manage partner onboarding, compliance, and offboarding
• Handle escalations and resolve tickets within 24 hours
• Collaborate with Market Ops and internal teams

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in residential construction or vendor management
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to work unconventional hours (5am-8pm) and weekends
• Willingness to travel 10% of the time

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree
• Familiarity with NetVendor, QuickSight, Gappify
• Experience with Jira ticketing system
