Description

As a Support Engineer at CircleCI, you'll provide first-class technical support to customers, debug complex issues, and act as the voice of the customer to drive product improvements. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to building a customer community.

Requirements

  • 2+ years technical product support or engineering experience
  • Understanding of AI prompt engineering and AI tools for problem-solving
  • Experience debugging common errors directly with end-users
  • Proficiency in *nix scripting and Git/GitHub
  • Strong ops/infrastructure knowledge including networking and security

Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer tickets in the support ticketing system
  • Utilize generative AI to develop workarounds and product improvements
  • Author Knowledge Articles for self-serve support
  • Act as the voice of the customer to inform Product and Engineering
  • Participate in on-call rotation
