Description
As a Support Engineer at CircleCI, you'll provide first-class technical support to customers, debug complex issues, and act as the voice of the customer to drive product improvements. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to building a customer community.
Requirements
- 2+ years technical product support or engineering experience
- Understanding of AI prompt engineering and AI tools for problem-solving
- Experience debugging common errors directly with end-users
- Proficiency in *nix scripting and Git/GitHub
- Strong ops/infrastructure knowledge including networking and security
Responsibilities
- Resolve customer tickets in the support ticketing system
- Utilize generative AI to develop workarounds and product improvements
- Author Knowledge Articles for self-serve support
- Act as the voice of the customer to inform Product and Engineering
- Participate in on-call rotation
