💼 About This Role

You'll lead operations and foster relationships with regulators at state-based insurance exchanges and with CMS. You'll bridge the gap between regulators and Oscar operations to ensure regulatory changes are implemented and monitored. This role offers the chance to work at a health insurance tech company with a hybrid schedule in NYC.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with departments to ensure current compliance levels.
• Provide training to team members on regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement compliance improvement plans.
• Conduct audits and assist regulatory authorities with site visits.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ year experience in health plan compliance.
• 2+ years experience with State DOI health insurance rules and CMS ACA requirements.
• 2+ years experience managing high volume and complex projects.

✨ Nice to Have

• CHC, CCEC, or similar certification.
• Experience with state-based exchanges and federally facilitated marketplace.
• Experience presenting complex concepts to Senior Level staff.
