You'll apply AI-driven computational drug design to solve real-world drug discovery challenges in a world-leading drug design engine. Your work will advance novel molecules from discovery to clinical candidates, contributing to the mission of curing disease. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Apply computational drug design expertise to solve design problems
• Provide technical direction to platform teams
• Collaborate with internal and external partners for data-driven design delivery
• Prepare scientific proposals and reports for drug discovery programs

📋 Requirements

• PhD in computational chemistry or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years industrial experience in computational chemistry (CADD) in biotech/pharma
• Strong knowledge of structure-based drug design (SBDD) with proven track record
• Experience writing Python scripts for cheminformatics and computational workflows

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with CRO management
• Familiarity with medicinal chemistry techniques and ADMET principles
• Knowledge of fragment-based drug design or alternative modalities (PROTACs, molecular glues)
