💼 About This Role

You'll support mixed-age Montessori classrooms as an on-call substitute, providing a warm and nurturing environment for children ages 0-6. This flexible role lets you build experience in early childhood education and could lead to a full-time Assistant Teacher position. You'll receive paid training and work in a supportive, mission-driven school community.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Step into classrooms as needed to support children and maintain consistency
• Assist with daily routines and classroom activities across mixed-age groups

📋 Requirements

• Negative TB test within the last 12 months
• Valid state background check
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for working with young children
