You'll lead commercial and residential land development projects from inception to completion at a dynamic design firm. You'll prepare design reports, oversee code reviews, and ensure high-quality contract documents. This role offers the chance to serve as a key client contact and mentor team members.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead preparation and review of technical drawings for permitting and construction.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate multiple projects from concept through construction.
• Serve as primary client contact and coordinate with consultants and internal teams.
• Oversee construction services including site visits and shop drawing review.
• Mentor and train junior staff and support team members.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of Civil Engineering experience in land/site development
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related program
• PE (Professional Engineering) license
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
