As a Data Center IT Technician at Nebius, you'll support and maintain large-scale GPU clusters, focusing on advanced hardware troubleshooting and L1/L2 support via ticketing systems. You'll collaborate with engineers and L3 technicians to improve diagnostics, reduce resolution times, and enhance SLA performance in a cutting-edge AI cloud infrastructure environment.

Requirements

• Knowledge of datacenters and server equipment
• Advanced IT hardware troubleshooting experience
• Advanced Unix/Linux command line skills
• Experience with equipment monitoring and data analysis
• High proficiency in spoken and written English

Responsibilities

• Solve hardware issues with servers using advanced troubleshooting
• Report to hardware problem management and execute workarounds
• Proactively handle L1/L2 tasks through ticketing system
• Update documentation for IT hardware team
• Collaborate with engineers and L3 technicians to improve SLA diagnostics
