📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in business development or strategic partnerships in high-growth environment.
• Experience in the credit/lending industry driving innovation in financial services.
• Proven ability to close and grow partner relationships >$1M+ ARR.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and strategic mindset.
