💼 About This Role

You'll manage Apollo's day-to-day compliance program focusing on AML/CFT and regulatory compliance. You'll work with multiple teams to ensure key obligations are met and support regulatory engagements. This role offers the chance to build ownership and improve compliance processes in a fast-moving fintech.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain compliance trackers, registers, and evidence files.
• Support AML/CFT, KYC, sanctions/PEP screening, and data protection processes.
• Coordinate third-party due diligence and contract compliance checks.
• Prepare compliance updates and escalate issues to regulators.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in compliance, AML, legal, audit, or risk.
• Degree in Law, Business, or Public Administration.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
• Comfortable translating policies into practical actions.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech or financial services.
• Exposure to AML/CFT or regulatory reporting.
• Familiarity with Kenyan compliance requirements.
