• Monitor CAC and plan campaigns according to business needs
• Manage tooling stack and enforce operational best practices
• Partner with cross-functional teams to surface customer insights

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Strong understanding of D2C sales operations
• Proven experience managing BPO partners
• Intermediate to advanced SQL skills
