Description

You will service and repair commercial generators on cell phone towers, including maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing problems, installing components, and performing performance checks. This role is ideal for independent self-starters willing to travel.

Requirements

• 2+ years generator maintenance experience preferred, minimum 1 year intense work experience
• Thorough knowledge of generator installation, maintenance, and repair
• Knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components
• Basic computer skills
• Knowledge of relevant OSHA regulations

Responsibilities

• Maintain, diagnose, repair, and install generators and components
• Conduct performance checks and regular maintenance
• Install fuel and water supply lines, pumps, electrical wiring, and controls
• Respond promptly to power/generator alarms and be on call 24/7 if necessary
• Perform work with awareness of hazards and use safety equipment
