💼 About This Role
You'll manage HelpDesk activities for users in Japan, providing tier 1 support for Mac and Windows environments in our Tokyo office. You'll also remotely support Nagoya and Osaka offices, ensuring optimal IT experience across the region. This role drives scalability and standardization for Japan end-user support.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Provide tier 1 hardware and software support for Mac and Windows users
- Provision and install IT equipment like monitors, laptops, and peripherals
- Manage new hire onboarding and workspace setup
- Support telecommunications, AV, and digital signage technologies
📋 Requirements
- 3+ years IT Help Desk or desktop support experience
- AD/Okta account creation and maintenance experience
- Experience with cloud-based enterprise solutions (Gmail, GDrive, Slack, etc.)
- Native Japanese and conversational English fluency
✨ Nice to Have
- GSuite, Okta, JAMF, and Airwatch administration experience
- Tech certifications (e.g., ITIL foundation)
- Audio Visual support experience with Zoom, Neatboards, Logitech
