You'll lead Caseware's global IT function, owning the roadmap and driving modernization, service delivery, and scalability. You'll provide technical leadership across hybrid cloud and enterprise systems while partnering with cross-functional teams. This role offers a chance to introduce practical AI and automation into IT operations for measurable business impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead global IT function including service desk, ITSM, infrastructure, and operations
• Own IT roadmap for modernization, service delivery, and global scalability
• Manage and develop IT leads and technical teams across multiple domains
• Drive automation, process improvements, vendor management, and cost optimization

📋 Requirements

• Experience leading IT, infrastructure, or technology operations teams in a global or multi-site environment
• Strong hands-on technical background across hybrid enterprise IT environments
• Experience with AWS, Azure, VMware, Hyper-V, Cisco UCS, HCI, and networking
• Strong understanding of ITSM, incident management, change management, and service delivery

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with automation, AI-enabled tools, or workflow improvements in IT operations
• Experience in SaaS, fintech, software, audit, accounting, or regulated technology environments
• Familiarity with ITIL, SOC 2, ISO, COBIT, or related operational frameworks
