You'll own the full ML lifecycle for production AI systems at a health AI company, designing and operating scalable, reliable ML infrastructure. Your work will directly impact clinical decision-making and patient outcomes through AI-driven solutions. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on engineering, requiring deep expertise across MLOps, cloud infrastructure, and production ML systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the full ML lifecycle from data ingestion to retirement
• Transition AI/ML prototypes into production-grade systems with CI/CD
• Lead system design for ML systems and AI infrastructure
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and dashboards for deployed models

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in software engineering or AI/ML engineering building production systems
• Expert-level coding skills in Python or Java
• Hands-on experience owning ML systems in production
• Deep experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure), containerization, and IaC

• Experience with clinical or healthcare AI applications
• Familiarity with Hugging Face, PyTorch, or TensorFlow
