Description
You will lead a team of 5–7 Account Executives focused on acquiring new mid-market customers, scaling performance through coaching and strategic planning. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to build a repeatable growth engine and drive revenue.
Requirements
- 6+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in fintech or related
- 4+ years managing high-performing sales teams hitting quota
- Success selling into mid-market accounts (250–1000 employees) with 3–6 month cycles
- Strong presence in pipeline reviews and hands-on coaching
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support a team of 5–7 AEs to exceed new business targets
- Hire, onboard, and scale a high-performing AE team
- Build and scale operating systems for outbound rigor, deal inspection, pipeline hygiene, and forecast accuracy
- Participate in pipeline reviews and key customer calls
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Enablement, and RevOps
