You'll lead the mid-market product experience at BILL, shaping end-to-end workflows for AP automation and multi-entity management. You'll set a multi-year vision and deliver AI-native capabilities that empower CFOs to move faster with confidence.

• Drive multi-year vision for mid-market AP, spend, and cash flow workflows.
• Lead discovery-to-delivery execution across engineering, design, and go-to-market.
• Deliver zero-to-one capabilities like multi-entity expense allocation and AI forecasting.
• Monitor adoption, activation, and retention to inform data-driven decisions.

📋 Requirements

• Depth in B2B financial workflows such as AP automation or accounting software.
• Fluency in controllership operations including multi-entity and consolidated reporting.
• Track record of launching and scaling complex products with diverse stakeholders.
