You'll shape and deliver the data product strategy at Ravio, turning complex compensation data into actionable insights. You'll own key data-driven areas, working with Data Engineering, Data Science, and Product Design to build scalable solutions. This role offers a chance to build a product that helps people get paid fairly in a fast-growing company backed by top-tier investors.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build end-to-end data products from raw data to customer value
• Partner with data and engineering teams to design scalable systems
• Establish best practices for experimentation and measurement
• Unlock business value by partnering with Sales and Customer Success

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in a data-focused role
• Experience building data products or data platforms
• Strong data fluency with SQL and analytics tools
• Track record of navigating ambiguity and making data-informed decisions
