You'll help residents with Activities of Daily Living in a caring, supportive manner as part of a team under nurse supervision. Your work ensures person-centered care that respects every resident's choices.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist residents with ADLs like bathing, toileting, and dressing.
• Provide supervision and cueing for transfer ambulation as needed.
• Communicate and cooperate with resident needs and team structure.
• Respond to emergency calls from Independent Living residents.
• Assist with various daily needs as necessary.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No certification required.
• Caring and compassionate attitude.
• Ability to work under supervision.
