You'll design and build AI-augmented and agentic software systems using the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem. You will shape how software is built with AI-assisted workflows, owning solutions end-to-end from architecture to iteration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and productionize AI-augmented and agentic software systems
• Use GitHub Copilot and modern IDE-driven approaches to accelerate delivery
• Develop multi-step, tool-using AI agents with reasoning and planning
• Integrate and evaluate multiple LLM providers like Claude

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with production systems
• 3+ years hands-on with AI-assisted development or LLM-driven systems
• Proven experience with Microsoft Copilot ecosystem in daily workflows
• Experience designing or implementing agentic systems with multi-step reasoning

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with enterprise security, identity, governance, or Responsible AI
• Familiarity with Copilot customization, plugins, or extensions
• Background in architecture or technical leadership roles
