🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and exceed revenue targets by winning new accounts and expanding relationships
• Build and execute territory plans identifying high-value opportunities
• Lead consultative sales processes with senior stakeholders
• Orchestrate internal teams to deliver tailored solutions

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of enterprise sales experience in Japan with exposure to manufacturing or automotive
• Track record of building trusted relationships with engineering and manufacturing teams
• Ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles
• Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English
