Description

You will manage the end-to-end artwork development process for packaging and labeling components, coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of compliant artwork. This role combines hands-on execution with team supervision, driving process improvements and maintaining operational excellence.

Requirements

• Experience in end-to-end artwork development process management
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance for labeling and packaging
• Experience with process improvement and digital tools
• Supervisory or team leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end artwork development from brief to final release
• Act as liaison between PMO, Regulatory, Marketing, Packaging, Quality, Supply Chain and external vendors
• Oversee timelines, resource planning and progress tracking for multiple concurrent labeling projects
• Coordinate review and approval of labeling content in internal systems ensuring regulatory compliance
• Supervise Artwork Controllers and onboard new hires on artwork management systems
