You'll manage the full recruitment cycle for interns in Tech, Product, Data & AI teams across France, Germany, Italy, and the Netherlands. Your core impact is delivering an excellent candidate experience while attracting top technical talent. This role offers exposure to international recruitment and employer branding events.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end intern recruitment for Tech, Data & AI teams
• Conduct technical and behavioral interviews
• Coordinate with hiring managers for debriefs and offers
• Participate in employer branding events at engineering schools

📋 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5)
• Prior recruitment internship experience
• Fluent English (international environment)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
