💼 About This Role

You'll support World Relief's Policy and Advocacy team in shaping U.S. policies for immigrant and refugee communities. Your work will impact advocacy campaigns, legislative analysis, and coalition engagement at a pivotal time for humanitarian policy.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Conduct research on immigration, refugee, and humanitarian policy issues.
  • Draft policy briefs, fact sheets, and advocacy materials.
  • Monitor legislative activity and key policy developments.
  • Support planning of advocacy events and stakeholder meetings.

📋 Requirements

  • Commitment to World Relief's mission, vision, and values.
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Passion for humanitarian work, social justice, and policy advocacy.
  • Excellent attention to detail and independent work ability.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Mature personal Christian faith.
  • Pursuing or completed degree in Political Science, International Relations, Public Policy, or Communications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration tools.
