Description

You will lead the strategic management and operational excellence of Clutch's facilities across multi-location manufacturing, retail, and office environments. This role involves building a centralized facilities function from scratch, overseeing physical security, and ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations.

Requirements

• 10+ years progressive leadership in property/facility management and operations
• Proven facility management experience in large-scale manufacturing with high-value assets
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems and compliance requirements
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage cross-functional projects
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and crisis response skills

Responsibilities

• Establish and scale a centralized facilities function with standardized operating procedures
• Set strategic direction for facilities, workplace operations, and physical security
• Manage operating and capital budgets, preventative maintenance, and compliance
• Oversee workplace services, vendor ecosystem, and landlord/lease management
• Lead health, safety, security, and loss prevention programs
