You'll join the Pricing Team, owning strategic initiatives and using data to enhance motor insurance pricing. You'll build and deploy in-house pricing models and work with cross-functional teams to implement changes rapidly. Your insights directly shape risk pricing and company growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop deep understanding of quote, policy, and claims data
• Own strategic pricing initiatives like risk rate structure
• Communicate plans cross-functionally to heads and directors
• Propose tests and segmentations to better understand customers

📋 Requirements

• Ability to interrogate data using SQL and Python
• Combine domain and analytical skills to generate pricing proposals
• At least 3 years in a data-driven commercial role
• Ideally experience in insurance pricing
