You'll design and build the foundational platform powering Fieldguide, including core services and tooling that enable fast, safe delivery of new capabilities. Your work will directly shape how we ship quickly for enterprise customers while keeping systems reliable and scalable. You'll partner with product, design, and AI engineering leaders to translate customer needs into platform investments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design and evolution of core platform services and APIs
• Build platform capabilities that compound engineer leverage
• Define architecture for multi-environment product delivery
• Drive cross-team initiatives improving velocity and reliability

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• Deep experience designing APIs and shared systems
• Fluency with AWS, Kubernetes, and distributed systems
• Track record as a technical leader across multiple teams

• Experience building platforms for AI-native products
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS and single-tenant deployments
• Founding platform engineer at a vertical SaaS or enterprise AI company
