💼 About This Role

You'll be the first point of contact for patients, answering calls and scheduling appointments with our network of physical therapists. You'll manage patient registration and scheduling, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. This role offers consistent fixed schedules and a supportive team environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage registration, scheduling, and rescheduling for new and existing patients
• Obtain and communicate patient information including insurance and intake forms
• Receive and coordinate telephone calls from healthcare providers
• Make outbound calls and send emails to patient leads

📋 Requirements

• 1 year of Office Admin experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to work in the US without restriction
• Ability to work both days of the weekend

✨ Nice to Have

• Call/Contact center experience, 1 year preferred
• Proficient with Google Suite
• Highly detail-oriented and able to multitask
