💼 About This Role

You'll define and drive product vision for a large-scale government program modernizing the Agent and Broker ecosystem. Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, you'll translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable user stories and roadmaps.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and own the product roadmap aligned with strategic goals
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog with clear acceptance criteria
• Translate complex business and regulatory requirements into user stories
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in product management within complex digital environments
• 5+ years in regulated industries such as insurance or healthcare
• Experience on agent/broker platforms or ecosystem-based digital products
• Strong background in Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe preferred)

✨ Nice to Have

• Government or federal contracting experience
• Knowledge of APIs and enterprise digital platforms
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or SAFe Product Owner
