Description

You will manage legal, regulatory, and compliance risks in banking and digital assets, draft and negotiate agreements, and support regional projects for a global banking finance client. This role offers the opportunity to work with a leading on-demand legal talent platform.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years PQE in Payments or Digital Assets from bank/financial services/law firm
• Experience in banking/financial services is advantageous
• Fluent in English and Chinese
• Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance issues

Responsibilities

• Manage legal, regulatory, and compliance risks in banking, payments/digital assets
• Assess transactions, structures, and new initiatives
• Advise on evolving laws and regulations
• Draft, negotiate, and update agreements with clients, fintech partners, and service providers
• Handle investigations, complaints, and litigation
