💼 About This Role

You'll join a mission-driven team building AI-native faculty management software for higher education. You'll own engineering efforts end-to-end, from pair programming to shipping code that makes customers happy. The role is on-site in Seattle with a collaborative, in-office culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain the Scholarly product collaboratively.
• Participate in a weekly on-call rotation.
• Weigh in on product decisions with engineering perspective.
• Own engineering efforts from code to customer satisfaction.

📋 Requirements

• 5 or more years of experience with Ruby on Rails or equivalent web framework.
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL, Postgres, etc.).
• Authorized to work in the United States (citizen or green card holder).
• Excited to work on-site in Seattle 5 days per week.

• 4-year degree in computer science.
• Experience with other web stacks beyond Ruby on Rails.
