You'll own mission autonomy systems for autonomous drone platforms, tackling autonomy, perception, and systems integration challenges. Your work will directly impact critical defense capabilities. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own mission autonomy systems and services deployed to customers.
• Write code to improve products and scale mission capability.
• Collaborate across teams to plan, build, and test complex functionality.
• Triage issues, root cause failures, and coordinate next-steps.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of professional C++ or Rust experience.
• Strong engineering background in CS, Software Engineering, Math, or Physics.
• Experience building software for significant data processing and analysis.
• Ability to quickly understand complex systems and code bases.

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in Physics, Math, and/or Motion Planning for M&S.
• Experience with multi-agent autonomous systems and real-world deployment.
• Feature/algorithm development with behavior trees.
