💼 About This Role

You'll be part of a team supporting the VA's EHR deployment and training project, deploying and imaging equipment at a medical center campus. You'll ensure hardware is configured and operational for training sessions. This role combines technical skills with customer service in a Veterans Affairs environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Unbox, set up, install, and configure PCs, laptops, and peripherals.
• Deploy and image computer equipment across campus and training sites.
• Verify each computer has the most current VA image and security updates.
• Configure network connectivity and peripherals for training rooms.

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in imaging and installing computer equipment.
• Ability to lift and move IT equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Experience with hardware and software support and troubleshooting.
• HS diploma or GED with 8 years experience, or bachelor's in IT with 1 year experience.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system.
• Experience with VA Public Trust clearance.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows desktop deployments.
