Description

You will act as the lead architect for critical insurance accounts, translating complex operational challenges into clear value drivers using Celonis Process Intelligence. You'll build data-backed business cases, drive measurable business impact, and serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience combining Carrier/Reinsurer and Management Consulting or Sales Engineering
• Granular knowledge of insurance value chain: Claims, Underwriting, Distribution
• Proven track record of managing full customer lifecycle, landing new accounts and driving expansion
• Deep understanding of process mining and value realization
• Strong analytical skills and consulting mindset

Responsibilities

• Identify frame value and map insurer's strategic goals to Celonis capabilities
• Build demos, business cases, and value assessments leveraging industry benchmarks
• Lead value workstreams for pilots and implementations, ensuring digital twin strategy monitors operational resilience
• Facilitate business value workshops and derive improvement measures in core business functions
• Codify best practices into reusable assets and mentor junior engineers
