You'll provide one-on-one in-home care for patients throughout Passaic County as a per diem Physical Therapist with BAYADA. Your work will focus on patient-centered therapy with flexible visits and manageable caseloads. This role offers true schedule flexibility without minimum hours.

• Perform evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans
• Deliver skilled therapy focused on patient goals and independence

📋 Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist in good standing in New Jersey
• Graduation from an accredited PT program
• Passion for patient-centered, in-home care
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
