You'll build and nurture communities across the UK, orchestrating field and community experiences that bring Notion's sparkle to life. You'll own end-to-end planning and execution of a range of event formats, from digital meetups to third-party events, supporting region-specific priorities. This role is key to fostering growth in the UK market at Notion.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and nurture communities across UK user segments
• Orchestrate and deliver market-level field and community experiences
• Engage users across digital, meetup, and owned events
• Own end-to-end planning, execution, and measurement of programs

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of related marketing experience
• Passion for field and experiential marketing
• Track record of delivering customer-delighting events
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in a fast-paced B2B tech environment
• Familiarity with Notion and its business value
• Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation (Salesforce, Marketo, etc.)
