You will develop and implement selling strategies to grow Home Health practice revenue and admissions, supervising a team of Marketing Managers and Transitional Care Managers to build customer relationships and achieve budgeted growth goals.

Requirements

• Four-year college degree
• Minimum 3 years home health care sales and marketing experience
• Experience leading and driving a sales team through referral/admission process
• Track record of home health sales growth and quota attainment
• Intermediate PC skills including PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Word

Responsibilities

• Achieve budgeted growth goals in admissions and revenue
• Interview, hire, train, and evaluate Marketing Managers and Transitional Care Managers
• Mentor sales strategies and tactics to gain new referral business
• Analyze sales strategies to increase referrals, admissions, and market share
• Conduct ride-along sales calls and bi-monthly 1-on-1s with Marketing Managers
