You'll own the end-to-end development of the Instawork Pro Capture app, the custom AI-enabled tool for distributed robotics data collection. Your work will directly empower frontier AI labs with high-quality training datasets. This role combines mobile expertise with cutting-edge robotics impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain the Instawork Pro Capture app features
• Implement new CV capabilities and analytics integration
• Collaborate with robotics leadership and data ops teams

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of iOS and Android development experience
• 2+ years native Swift programming experience
• Published apps used by a distributed global user base

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with ARKit or XR apps
• Experience at an early-stage or mid-stage startup
• Cross-platform development, ideally Android and Unity
