💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in providing an amazing customer experience at BoxLunch, a pop-culture retailer that donates meals to Feeding America. Your core impact will be training new recruits and supporting daily operations to meet sales targets. You'll use your fandom knowledge to help the team succeed while working in a fun environment that gives back to the community.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram changes including store map, wall, fixture, and merchandising mix.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to merchandise product and pack/unpack boxes up to 50 pounds.
