Description

You will guide women through perimenopause, menopause, and midlife transitions with compassionate, evidence-based care, closing the gender health gap. This fully remote role offers purposeful visits, continuous learning, and strong clinical support.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted NP license in Washington state
• National board certification (FNP, WHNP, AGNP, or similar)
• Minimum 3 years recent NP experience in Primary Care, Women's Health, or Gynecology
• Prescriptive authority as a Nurse Practitioner
• High proficiency with telehealth platforms and EMRs

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based care for women in midlife transitions
• Conduct telehealth visits with time to listen and educate
• Prescribe hormonal therapy and other medications as needed
• Order labs, supplements, and referrals
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team
