Description
As a Business Development Representative at Storable, you will connect with self-storage facility operators to identify cross-sell opportunities and generate new leads. You'll use Salesforce to track activities and work on outbound campaigns to help the sales team demonstrate how our technology solutions solve operator challenges.
Requirements
- 1+ years in SaaS sales or support, ideally in a startup environment
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, Zendesk, Google Apps, and Microsoft Office
- Exceptional communication and time-management skills
- Comfortable with ambiguity and developing best practices on the go
- Authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis
Responsibilities
- Make 80+ outbound calls daily to generate leads and cross-sell opportunities
- Manage pipeline and follow-ups with potential clients
- Hit monthly activity and lead quotas
- Document all customer interactions with detailed notes in Salesforce
- Test new sales and lead generation approaches
