Description

As a Licensed Clinician at Octave, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy to adult clients through both in-person and virtual sessions. You will work collaboratively in a client-centered environment, using short-term therapies like CBT or DBT to treat stress, depression, anxiety, and other mental health concerns. This role offers the opportunity to build a caseload that combines in-person and remote care, helping to expand access to quality mental health services.

Requirements

• Current license in Florida (PsyD, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC)
• Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
• At least 1 year of post-license clinical experience
• Own commercial clinical space in Orlando area
• Commitment to minimum 6 weekly in-person sessions

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality behavioral health care to clients using evidence-based therapies
• Treat adult clients with stress, depression, anxiety via video and in-person
• Build and maintain a caseload with both virtual and in-person clients
• Deliver feedback-informed care using standardized measures
• Provide culturally responsive and competent care
