Description

You will oversee Global Operations activities to ensure continuous system availability, mission effectiveness, and accurate status reporting in a secure, classified environment. You will lead shift personnel, coordinate with leadership, and respond to system issues to maintain operational integrity.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret / SCI clearance
• 5+ years of experience
• Experience leading personnel in operations or maintenance of large-scale computer/communications/networking environments
• Knowledge of enterprise networks, systems, and cyber defense
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and JIRA

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day Global Operations activities to ensure system availability, performance, and security
• Maintain real-time awareness of system and network health and communicate status to leadership
• Coordinate with Regional CWO and Command Center leadership for unified execution
• Ensure operational reports are accurate and delivered on time
• Manage shift staffing, conduct shift change briefings, and support rotating 12-hour shifts
