🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop data-driven space planning strategies to optimize occupancy and workflow.
• Conduct field verifications and site assessments for design accuracy.
• Produce and maintain floor plans using AutoCAD and iOffice.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align layouts with organizational goals.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Facilities Management.
• 3–5 years of experience in space planning or corporate facilities management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or iOffice (or equivalent CAFM system).
• Knowledge of building codes, ADA requirements, and corporate signage standards.
