💼 About This Role

You'll transform from a practicing non-emergency veterinarian into a confident ER doctor through a six-month immersive program with hands-on mentorship. You'll gain over 160 RACE-approved CE hours and work side-by-side with experienced VEG doctors. This program is a guaranteed path to a full-time ER role at Veterinary Emergency Group.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Work 3-4 hospital shifts per week (days, swings, nights).
• Participate in weekly case discussions, literature reviews, and hands-on training.
• Learn client-centered communication and care practices.
• Attend CE including ultrasound, endoscopy, and surgery labs.

📋 Requirements

• Valid DVM, VMD, or equivalent degree.
• 1+ years as a practicing veterinarian.
• Valid license to practice veterinary medicine in state.
• Valid DEA registration in the state by start date.
